Cancellation by clients, partial or no delivery

  2. The client decided to cancel the order after an expert was confirmed

    If you decide to cancel your order after we have assigned you an expert, the refund amount is 75%. The 25% covers the effort of the company and our expert in trying to provide you with the service you requested for.

  3. The exam has been partially done but the client decided to cancel the order

    In this case, the refund amount can vary between 50% and 0%. The amount deducted is used to cover the effort of the expert.

  4. The exam is not done

    This is also a rare situation. It might happen if there is an emergency or the expert assigned your work is ill. The amount refunded will be discussed with the client. Also, the amount will be based on the cause of delay or situation.

Exam not done as described

Duplicate transaction or order
